Out of the 8 houses (A–H), houses A, D, F, G, and H are available. Houses B and C are sold, and house E is reserved. We will confirm current availability by phone.
The price per family home is CZK 16,990,000. This includes the plot of over 800 m², the full build to project standard, heat pump, underfloor heating, triple-glazed windows, electric exterior blinds, and full fencing with an automatic gate. We will gladly send the full price offer and reservation terms.
Each home is a 5+kk layout with 173 m² of usable space including the terrace. Four bedrooms, three bathrooms, a 53 m² living room with access to a south-facing terrace, a walk-in attic, and on-plot parking. Plot over 800 m².
