Terms
After selecting a property, a reservation agreement is signed confirming your interest. Within 5 business days, you pay a reservation fee of CZK 350,000, which counts toward the 1st installment.
Payment is made in 3 installments: 1st – 20% upon signing the SoSBK (including the CZK 350,000 reservation fee), 2nd – 30% after structural completion, 3rd – 50% after final building approval.
Within 30 days after the reservation agreement. Within 10 days of signing, you pay the 1st installment of 20% of the total purchase price (the reservation fee is included). For example, for a CZK 15,000,000 property, the remaining amount of the 1st installment is CZK 2,650,000.
The 2nd installment (30%) is due after the completion of the structural shell. The 3rd installment (50%) is due after final building approval (kolaudace), planned for Q3 2027.
Standards include brick construction with insulated facade, monolithic ceilings, triple-glazed windows, air-to-water heat pump with underfloor heating, 3-layer wood flooring and large-format ceramic tiles. Details are available in the Standards section.
