The provider offers comprehensive real estate brokerage services in the area of property sales and rentals, specifically: brokerage of apartment, house and commercial property sales in Prague and surroundings, property rental brokerage, professional market value appraisals, property marketing and presentation (professional photography, digital home staging, 3D tours), complete legal services including contract preparation and legal escrow of purchase price, consulting for development projects and new apartment sales, advisory services in the field of real estate market and property investment. The specific scope of services and remuneration are always individually agreed in the brokerage contract.
